A few days ago i visited my local Mcdonalds for a bite to eat. While i was leaving i saw a funny site. A postal worker sitting there licking a ice cream cone.
Get back to work you lazy bum!

I have been after a TV for a while now. I have gone to the shops but have procrastinated over which tv to get.
I finally had enough of my old TV and went to buy one today. It cost me $1250 but am very happy with it. I bought the Samsung LA32A650A1 32" LCD TV.

The TV is very clear due to the in built HD tuner. I just Love it!!!!

I have purchased crystal film set (screen protector), iklear (cleaning the iphone) and Skin Solo back protector (well 3 lol).

The white one was opened already and seemed to have been used previously. I have emailed the US suppliers and they have agreed to send me a replacement.
All in all i am very happy with the setup i have :)

I forgot to blog about my newly purchased 16GB iphone 3G. There was a lot of drama surrounding this purchase.
I initially got the phone from All Phones. Once i got it home i found some issues with the black "trench" on the phone. It seemed like the glue had pushed the lining up, basically a defect. I took the phone back to All Phones, who directed me to Apple. I went to Apple and was directed back to All Phones because technically there wasn't anything wrong with it.
I went back and forth between the 2 and finally i got it replaced at Apple. Once i saw the replacement phone, i saw there were small white specs on it. I asked the person at the "genius bar" to remove it (They have a plastic tool to do that). The stupid girl used a stanley knife instead. Before i could tell her to stop she had created 2 lines in the chrome.
I was really at the end of my teather at this point and didnt want to wait around for her to stuff up another one.

So whats new?
You may ask what prompted me to blog today? Well its a shit movie I'm watching called "The Machine Girl". Its basically a Korean horror/action film but dubbed in English.
It is probably one of the worst films i have ever seen. The plot, the over the top fake looking action scenes (girl stabs someone through the neck and knife is seen in the mouth. The tongue falls out then intestines fall out. WTFBBQ). I haven't finished watching it but by god who in their right mind would produce such a shitty film let alone redubb it to English.

The last few weeks spent using my pillow i have noticed that i do tend to go to sleep faster. I havent really have had an episode where i lay in bed for a long time and cant sleep.
I would probably give it 4/5.

After a few frustrating days of trying to track down this package, I found it was at my local post office. The person that "tried" to deliver the package did not leave a card so there was no way to find out where its gone. I only tracked it down after calling up Australia post. Here is a pic of the Dunlop Viscoflex® 2nd generation visco-elastic foam pillow. It retails over $129 usually.

This is the special foam.
Now you may be asking yourself why anyone would spend that much for a pillow? The main reason i got this was because it contours to my body shape and that it has antimicrobial protection to keep away the bugs and dust mites that are present on normal pillows. The ribbing in this particular pillow keeps your head cool also :)
Here is some pics of the foam in action.

I will write a review after I use it tonight.

So I have been playing with my forex account for the last 2 days. Yesterday I had 200k order at 0.6299. Then i bought another 200k at 0.6277 as i thought the AUD will rally. Obviously it headed down hill about 50 pips, it came to -40. I closed the first order at a $800 loss. Straight after that it rallied 115 pips. That is like a $2200 turnaround.
Just before i go to bed i stupidly thought hey i better put in a trailing stop request so i can lock in profits (last 3 days i haven't used this options). So i wake up this morning and its at 0.6490. I was like i hope to god there wasn't any 30 pip swings last night. To my horror my order had been closed at 0.6390. I had a look at the graph last night and there was only 1 -30 decline. Bad luck.
So all in all for the last few days I'm up $1303 instead of about $4000.
I really do have bad luck when it comes to currency exchange rates. I have actually pulled my initial deposit back out and just playing with the profits now because it is causing me to wake up at ungodly hours to check the rates lol.

So yesterday for some unknown reason i thought the AUD will bounce back after initially down to 0.609 or so against the USD.
I jumped on forex.com and deposited $1100. I have a 200:1 account so i place a 180k order thinking obviously it is going to go up. Being overly confident I didn't look properly and i made a order to sell AUD. Initially it was going well, AUD was dropping but then it turned :P. I was sitting here thinking hmmm oh crap i think I'm going to get margin called (they forcefully close out the orders). So i decided to quickly sell that order but not before loosing about $500. I use my remaining $600 and make a order for 50k AUD. That didn't end too well either. At the end of the first 2 hours i have had 3 margin calls and down to $100 LOL.
Not one to give up i put another $3000 in this time determined to only buy enough that a margin call was to be less of a risk. I placed a 200k order. I made back my losses this morning. I stupidly sold out the position thinking the AUD was going to crash short term, alas i was wrong and cost myself about 20 pips when i re-bought.
Right now its up 24.2 pips but that can easily change in a matter of moments. I think i will leave this order open and see if the AUD will rally (I hope so haha)
